Live at the garden:

Bee Taylor

Sunday July 14th @7:30pm

“Bee Taylor is an artist and lyricist who’s melodies will conjure up all the feelings of a mysterious night in New Orleans.Whether you want to parade down the streets or peek inside a shade drawn window, she is not one to miss the appointment of jazz, funk, roots, and soul. Growing up on a cattle ranch in East Texas, Bee is no stranger to working for what you want. As a teenager she raised piglets and took them to market to buy her first guitar. Moving to Nashville soon after, she discovered the music of Django Reinhardt, Howlin’ Wolf, Tom Waits, and Dr. John, among many others. She fell in love with the New Orleans style of piano playing, and on June 6th, 2019 she took her last $100 to buy her first piano. On the way home, she got a call that her new musical hero, Dr. John, had passed away. She vowed that day to teach to herself how to play in the NOLA style, and has been touring the U.S. with her band doing just that. If you’re wanting a unique experience of musical and lyrical gumbo, Bee Taylor is the show to see.”

Opening for Bee Taylor: Liv Greene

Award-winning americana songwriter Liv Greene has been processing the world around her through songs ever since teaching herself her first guitar chords at 12. A graduate of both the New England Conservatory and Interlochen Arts Academy, Greene has honed her craft across the country, from her hometown of DC to Northern Michigan to Boston and beyond, resulting in 2020's Every Bright Penny, produced by Isa Burke (Lula Wiles, Aoife O'Donovan).

Live at the garden:

Briscoe

Thursday August 1st @7:30pm

“From free backyard performances on the outskirts of UT Austin's campus to sold-out gigs at Antone's Nightclub and The Continental Club Gallery, Briscoe's growth — like the group's music itself — has been organic. Bandmates Truett Heintzelman and Philip Lupton built their grassroots following the old-school way: by carving out a sound that nodded to the golden era of folk, rock, and pop music, then getting onstage and building a genuine relationship with their audience. That authenticity led to opening slots for Caamp and Zach Bryan. Signed by ATO Records while still pursuing undergraduate degrees as college students, the Texas natives wrote West of It All as graduation loomed in the distance, funneling the stories of their college experience — from heartbreak to hard-won lessons to weekend trips into the rural countryside — into a raw, rugged blend of classic and contemporary influences.”

Opening for Briscoe: Jerome Forde

Jerome Forde is an Americana singer-songwriter. The first American to sign to the Toronto-based indie label (weewerk), Jerome has released two albums: his self-titled debut Jerome Forde (2023) and his more recent Wintertide Blues (2024). He can be heard playing in bars, vineyards, and distilleries throughout the beautiful Northern Michigan countryside,
